TV NOW Troubleshooting Blank Screen/No Picture (Amazon Firestick)

If you're experiencing a blank screen or no picture while using the Nex-Tech TV Now app, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Wake the Device

Make sure your Firestick device or TV isn’t in standby or screensaver mode by pressing any button on the remote control.

2. Power Cycle the Firestick

3. Check Your TV and Input Settings

4. Check for App Updates

5. Clear Cache and Data for the Nex-Tech TV Now App

NOTE: THIS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO LOG BACK IN WITH YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

6. Reinstall the Nex-Tech TV Now App

7. Check for Firestick System Updates
