VRA - Virtual Remote Assistant VRA is a tool we use to allow customers to screen share their desktop or mobile device or allow the customer to share pictures or video with us. While using a mobile device it can be activated via a test message that is sent but for sharing a desktop screen you will either need to click on the link below or click on the link in an email invitation.

Once you click on the link it will ask you for an access code that will be provided

You should then be asked to share a windows or screen depending on your browser. This will let you screen share a specific application, tab or screen depending on what you and a Helpdesk rep need.
